At Oak Possability, we believe that freedom and independence are fundamental rights.

We work with people with disabilities and children at risk, to expand opportunities, increase independence, connect with their community and participate in lifelong learning.

Oak Possability is a not-for-profit organisation with operations in Tasmania and Victoria. We have two different streams of services:

Oakdale Enterprises provides work and training opportunities for people with disabilities. We produce a wide range of products and services in Southern Tasmania.

Possability provides support services for people with disabilities, including NDIS participants and motor accident claimants. We are also a preferred provider of specialist services for children and youth in Out of Home Care.
